What we collect and why
Contact form
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, company (if given) and your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to follow up about working together. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to enquiries you have chosen to send us) or, where we go on to contract with you, performance of a contract.
Technical data
Our site is served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver the site securely and to protect the contact form from abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. [Amend if analytics are added.]
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, security and bot protection.
- Resend — delivers contact-form emails to us and a confirmation to you.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum or UK adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
