Builder first, with twenty years of delivery behind it. Steve designs and ships the work: websites and PWAs on Cloudflare, mobile apps, security hardening of existing systems, and AI feasibility work with measured results. He leads engineering, architecture and client scoping at Renegade Tech.

Agile delivery lead with over ten years across PMO, QA, product and engineering leadership, currently leading a cross-functional team in UK central government. Michael builds his own tools to stay close to the technical work, including Planning Poker, Retros Against Humanity and OpenFlow Metrics, and leads delivery practice, facilitation and flow metrics at Renegade Tech.
We say what we think, including when the answer is "you don't need this". We measure before we promise. We write things down. And when something breaks at an awkward hour, the person who built it is the person who fixes it.
